Run the numbers before you talk to us.

Calculators built on the same benchmarks we use inside an audit, and product-data tools that read a page the way a model reads it. AI systems for Shopify brands doing $3M–$30M, running a subscription platform, a helpdesk and a 3PL. Everything computes in your browser, free, with no email required. If a tool asks for an address before it shows you a number, it isn’t a tool — it’s a form.

Free, ungated, and honest about the assumptions.

Gating the answer is how a calculator stops being useful to the person using it. So none of these do. Five rules govern all of them.

  • Nothing is gated Every primary number computes in your browser as you type. No email, no signup, no sequence waiting on the other side. There is an optional PDF breakdown on each tool, and the figure on screen doesn’t move whether you take it or not.
  • The arithmetic is printed Each calculator shows the constants it runs on, the formula it applies to them, and the source next to the number. If you disagree with an assumption, you can see exactly which line it changes.
  • We say when we don’t know Where there is no benchmark we’d put a client’s budget behind, the tool marks it to confirm and prices the whole range instead of picking the figure that flatters the pitch.
  • They are estimates, not measurements An industry average plus your three inputs is an estimate. Your own retry logs, cancel reasons and subscription-platform exports are the measurement — and that is the first week of an audit, not a calculator.
  • No model is involved in any of these Every tool on this page is deterministic: a handful of inputs and a printed formula, or a parser reading markup that is already on your page. Nothing about your business is inferred and the same inputs give the same answer every time. We build AI systems for a living, and where arithmetic answers the question, arithmetic is the honest tool. If we ever ship a tool here that queries a model, that tool will say so on its own page — in the first paragraph, not the footnotes.

One tool for each leak.

Failed payments, subscription churn, underbuilt flows, mistimed reorders, product data a model cannot read — the money the Recover, Retain and Reach systems go after, sized here with the arithmetic attached before anybody builds anything.
